Olwen Kirkpatrick

Olwen Kirkpatrick

I work from premises in Buchanan Street, right in the centre of Glasgow. I also provide coaching via Skype, phone, email or in the workplace. I am degree qualified with many years’ experience in management, lecturing and training. I am a qualified Cognitive- Behavioural Coach who has trained in Psychological Coaching, Performance Coaching, Stress Management and NLP.

I think relationship is the core of successful coaching, so it is important to me that you feel comfortable, understood and accepted. My approach is Cognitive-Behavioural and Solution-Focused, which is a bit of a mouthful, but essentially means, if we work together, the focus will be on exploring and changing less helpful thinking and patterns of behaving. The emphasis will be on your strengths, what you do well and what you will achieve.

The best way of knowing whether coaching is right for you and indeed if I am the right coach for you is just to have a chat about it. By phone or Skype is usually best, but email is possible too.

John Moran, Associate coach

John Moran

I am a trained coach, mediator and facilitator. I have worked in the public and private sectors and have extensive experience of the NHS, local authorities, the education sector and manufacturing. I originally trained as a teacher then as a mental health nurse, eventually becoming a local NHS Board member. I have an interest in organisational change, how this is managed to include employees, and how people respond to that. I do one to one and group work as well as training in a number of disciplines.

I am based in Wolsingham, County Durham, and am available for Skype, phone or email coaching sessions.
